Additional interactions are automatically charged at your plan's overage rate ($0.015 for Basic, $0.014 for Standard, $0.0099 for Premium). All additional usage is calculated at month-end and billed in one consolidated invoice. Your service never stops working.
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments. Your data and settings remain intact across plan changes.
